We see that Porsche takes additional steps (asking for VINs) to "weed out" people who might buy an RS with the intention to flip it.
Yet when someone announces a car that hasn't even arrived yet is for sale, and some folks get annoyed, lots of people say "free market capitalism rules!".
Porsche could just sell all 259 RSs to "eBayCarGuy" and then he could sell them, 2 or 3 per week, on eBay. All with maxed out bling options, of course. And $10k roll bars.
Likewise, TicketMaster could stop limiting people to 8 tickets per concert, and just let a few brokers buy them all, and be done with it.
