Eh, makes sense to me. 60% of the weight is on the rear vs. 40% on the front so the rear springs should be 50% stiffer. 400 * 1.5 = 600. Then again apparently cup cars are 1100/1300 which I don't quite understand beyond the fact that the spring rate from front to rear determines balance as well as holding the car up so the ratio could be tweaked to change how the car handles.
