Will 996 GT3 wheels fit a 997GT3?

I have a spare set of wheels that I'd like to use for the track on my new 997GT3.

Looking at the offsets it seems close. Just wonder if anyone has tried it.

Tires will be 245/40/18 Hoosier front and 315/30/18 Hoosier rear.

Are you just eyeballing the offsets or did you find the numbers. They should be stamped on the wheel.

Doesn't work with PCCB on the fronts.
Overall diameter is less on the 996, so it also looks a bit "small."
