I used them recently and they were pretty good. Fast pick up. They did scrape the front spoiler though which they reimbursed quickly. IMO they push the drivers pretty hard. My guy left UT in the AM driving through a severe snow storm and stopped in Vegas for refuel. He delivered my car at Midnight the same day in Huntington Beach, CA and turned around and was headed non-stop to Phoenix, AZ. No wonder the guy was not as careful has he should be unloading the car.
