Default Pirelli Corsa? Break-in procedure

Picked up the car yesterday morning. Just noticed it had Pirelli P-Zero Corsa tires. I thought they were supposed to come with PS Cups?

Also, is everyone doing the full recommended break-in... 2K miles not exceeding 4200 rpm?

Finally, FWIW... I like the sunroof

Luck of the draw on tires. No worries, you'll wear them out in short order.

Break in: That's the subject of flame wars on boards of every make, from sportbikes to hyundais. Me? I'm following the manual strictly.

I will say, however, that whatever path you follow, do it only after the oil and water are up to normal operating temps.

Cheers.

Good luck, Pirelli Corsas are what I have on my CS, they're great tyres but as said before you will wear them out in short order

Two pieces of Corsa advice:

1) Wear them in before hitting the track (or have them shaved). They will "chunk" on the track if you hit it with a brand new set and one track day will kill them.
2) Cold Weather (< 45F) and Corsas do not mix. I see you're in CA, so this is like'y not a problem for you.

Thanks for the comments on the Corsas. I've never driven on them before. While the car will see some track use, most of the time I drive a Radical SR3 to get my jollies.
