It looks like he came upon a train of F-cars and the GT-3 (which was probably holding them up) and passed them all. First the two F-cars that let him by, then the GT-3 when he lifted. It seems like the kind of event where most folks are quite considerate! I don't think any of the drivers in the video were top flight.
