Kind of ties in with the carbon fiber mirrors and the carbon fiber wing above the belt line. Kinda...

When such a sound machine in the rear, you might as well delete the radio/CD option...

I've loved it since my '55 Speedster just barely beat Bob Hartwell's '73 RS at the San Antonio Parade. But he won the next year at Steamboat Springs, so don't feel bad for him, though...

I think that's the first 997 I have seen where the buyer tok the no charge antenna. I understand it is supposed to help out a lot on the AM band. It works nicely on a race car,--looks like your radio link to the pits.

Greenwich Concours June 2 and 3
Guys,
The RS has been invited to participate in the Greenwich Concours the first weekend in June, in the "Supercar Circle". Stop by and say hello if you're in the area.
I'll also have my '62 356B Twin Grille Roadster entered, which won Best in Class, Sportscars (1960-70) at Amelia Island in March. Not an RS, but a very pretty car (Champagne Yellow/Green leather/Black convertible top/Ruddge wheels).

I like it and I have no problem paying homage to historical paint schemes and seeing how the last 2 versions of the GT3 have the mini duck bill on the rear spoiler -its perfectly in line
Ray its stunning. I am thinking about the CF wing mirrors and painting my spokes black on my GT3
you are inspiring

Three Wheelin'
The Greenwich Concours is a great event and has a great variety of cars from old to new. Everything from Ferrari's, MB, Porsche to vintage Bugatti's. Ray, you can count on my vote! Good luck at the show.
