Agree 100+%

Premier applied a "Full body wrap to my 997 TT" and it is amazing. Sam and Wilson know first hand how particular I am with attention to detail and have
delivered once again. They wrapped my past C2 and I was blown away then!

When I was at thir shop on Tuesday, they removed another installers film on a GT2. I don't think whoever the installer was could even gift wrap a present-seriously that bad. "You get what you pay for."

Pricing is very reasonable IMO.

Mooty, You new toy is sweet! Sam was very kind to let me take her for a spin... LOL

moe, the quote you used above is colm's reply to me, i didn't make the above statement.

that said, i have tried 4 different installers in my area, 2 were disastrous, 1 was pretty good, premier was best.

i know sam cost a bit more than others, but his film coverage is usually more too. i dont know what film he uses but they are tough. i drive the crap out of my cars, i tail gate on and off track, i put 25k miles on them each year with 5k on track. the film takes some serious beating, but usually holds up well. sam would take care of any prob on the film if the should arise.

i have not yet seen any installer who would do full wrap on front fenders and hoods, let alone full car wrap like the one he did on TT, CGT and Enzo's.

certainly i have'nt tried out every installer, but of the four i experienced, i am most satisfied with sam's crew.

btw, moe, do you ever get up to SF bay area? i need detailing every year around december when my cars come off the race track ;-)

Damm, that would have been my pleasure!

Sam set me up with a rental car co. and the only car left-not reserved was the "Chevy Colbalt", whata tourque monster...

Anyways, thanks and I will see you around one of these days.

Sam,

Thanks for hooking me up on with a car.

holy crap, 5k miles on the track a year?! remind me not to buy a car from you. LOL So, who's other SG Turbo was in there sitting side by side to mine. Color combo was excellent! There's no pt in repeating myself over and over, but I'll do it once more. Premier's hand down the best I've seen and I've seen a lot. Most of it at the garbage disposal level. I've had crappy results before going with Premier and for those in the Bay looking into this, I could pm you the guys that did mine and cut my paint with razors. To this day, I have not received a refund from both companies - one now out of business (not surprising). The other one just never returned my calls and switched company names after I tried going after him via small claims. He's still around doing this to some people, so be careful. I suspect we shared the same crappy installers before Premier mooty.

Thanks guys. We will continue to refine and fine tune our installation techniques to provide the "best" installation possible. Enjoy the toy mooty! btw, Moe's an excellent detailer...if he's in the area, definitely have him drop by.

So is that the "official" story in case we ever run into mrs. mooty?

it's tony's car.
i am testing it for him, as with all my "non existent" cars.
you wont ever run into mrs. mooty. i dont allow her to talk to any of my car friends. if you drive a porsche, ferrari, lambo, bmw or anything remotely worthy, you will not be talking to mrs. mooty ;-)

Sounds like a reasonable story. Nice thinking.

That's odd.

My wife is having lunch with your wife next Tuesday. My wife will be in the GT3, so I'm sure she'll happen to mention your RS.

Perhaps I dropped $5000 on the ground and need to pick it up to remember why that won't be happening...

When you guys say full wrap, is it completely wrapped, like the whole car wrapped in a condom?

I'm planning to have my RS done in the next week or two, it should be in my hands here by mid next week I heard Premier's film might yellow or haze after a year or two.

Yes, that would be it. This can only be achieved with two ingredients:

1. the right installer
2. the clearer film

"I'm planning to have my RS done in the next week or two, it should be in my hands here by mid next week I heard Premier's film might yellow or haze after a year or two."

-Now who would say such a thing? Likely another installer using a different film. To be honest, on white cars, there will always be a hint of off-white / pastelish tone to it and is most visible under fluorescents....this is universal regardless of film brand. Clearcoat effect, is what we have come to call it...the thicker the layer of clear on a white surface, the yellower it gets - again, this is in white. Just take a look at the white 911s and Caymans with the factory 3M film, looks yellow especially when it gets dirty. This would occur on white vehicles due to this effect and is only noticeable on white - again this is universal whether it is 3m, avery, clearshield, venture, etc.
