Saw a white 997 Gt3 for sale at a local dealership. It's being sold as used. It has 29 miles on the Odo. Salesman said they bought it back from a customer at over msrp. There was no option list on the car but from what I could see it had steel brakes, wart w/o the PCM, red belts, fire ext, standard int, and a thicker leather wheel. A pretty basic set up and they are asking $138K I'm would think there is a lot of room for discussion on price. I haven't priced out the options but it can't be much over $108K

Not sure if this is a way for a dealership to boost the price of a GT3 by selling it as a used car.

I have no connection with this dealership and I'm only passing this on as general information. My ordered GT3 is through different dealership.

What are these dealers thinking???

Clearly, the dealer is huffing shoe epoxy out of a brown lunch bag.

But it is not rare. Gaudin in Vegas has a used 997 turbo w/ 1000+ miles for which they are asking $10,000 over original MSRP.

Funny.



edit - OMG. Gaudin sold the used 997 turbo already... hey, pass that bag over here.
