Default Possible June GT3 Allocation

Paul *** of Rusnak/Westlake Porsche in Thousand Oaks, CA just told me tonight that he has a June GT3 allocation available. I just locked in a May allocation elsewhere, so I'm set. No affiliation, just passing on the info. If you're interested, better hurry...!

My GT3 arrived Monday.

I recommend you keep on your sales rep, so he's aware you're very interested in this car. I'd recommend calls at least every 2 wks for status.

I believe dealership candor and aggressiveness is at least equal to "allocaiton date" in terms of when your car arrives.

You should be aware that the floormats are a no-cost option, which you won't get unless you check the appropriate box on the order form.

Good luck. I think mine haws been well worth the 9-month pursuit/wait!!!

I'll be picking up in Stuttgart in early June as well. No problem putting a little program together.

As we get closer, I'll start a thread for rennlisters picking up their P-car in the May/June timeframe so we can arrange a little "Treffen". If you have a June allocation, you'll be able to pick it up in June or July.

BTW - I have confirmation from USAA that they can underwrite car insurance in Germany which is about 25% of what Porsche charges. Still need to get this past Porsche.
