FWIW the interview in Excellence this month reports that PAG can build about 1000 of these cars with half going to North America. I suspect this will happen and the speculators will get hosed.

I think Excellence was referring to the GT3 (not RS) although I haven't read the article, I was there for the testing but not the interview.
Now it may be 1000 cars combined GT3 ad RS (speculation on my part).
But the clincher is this....
If there were to be 1000 RS (US) cars in total, my personal allocation wouldn't be so skimpy!
Maybe Santa Claus is coming again, and nobody has told me but I doubt it..do you believe in Santa Claus?

Just wanted to clarify a few things.
1) The dealer was unaware of what this person was doing.
2) He/She no longer has an allocation!
3) The Collection is receiving 6 cars and now the 7th person on their list is going to get a really exciting phone call!
If he'd bought the car and then immediately sold it that's his choice but by implicating the dealer that's the big

I am not a fan of Customers (or Dealers) selling over MSRP.
However, I see a huge contradiction in PCNA policy in tolerating Dealers who do so, either like Pioneer, trying to force additional options; or other Dealers like Fremont selling at Market value.
I think PCNA should cut the allocations of RS cars to Dealers who have not put them in Customers hands, or who have attempted to force customers to buy options they don't want.
Otherwise, if it is OK for the Dealers to sell over sticker, it has to be OK for the Customers to sell over sticker.

I sent him a question on Ebay...here is his response;
"Beacuse I had the forsight to order the car over a year ago knowing
it would be in great demand with limited supply and I could make a
