Top Gear -- Review of GT3 RS
Just on the newsstands -- bottom line: "The car is as close to perfect as a car can be, and it's aiming for a very high target." Here is a link to the review:

Interesting. Since it costs about the same as the 997 Turbo, can't accomadate 4 (small) people, and Porsche will just crank them out for market demand so that they as common as hen's eggs. Believe me on this last point.
I went with the Turbo - heavier, but much better track performance (if properly configured), and phenomonal cornering ability.
According to Car Magazine - "The best 997 Turbo is the best supercar ever made". So I guess the GT3RS is just it's simply for making you smile more than any other 911 on sale ever made, or something like that.

I think it depends on what you are looking for. Sure, the TT may be faster, and let's even say quicker on the track (which I seriously doubt), but what about the feeling you experience. I have never owned a TT due to it's lack of driver involvement. Anyone with a TT who "thinks" it's involving, has clearly never driven a GT3. When I was considering a TT, prior to going with a GT3, I drove it and likened it to being in a super-fast luxury car in which the driver was just along for the ride.
No slam intended to TT owners (to each his/her own), but I don't want a "super-fast" luxury car. If I did, I may go buy a Merc. In my opinion, you simply can't get that race car, driver intense, feel like part of the car feeling that you get in a GT3. I don't even get that feeling in my F430!
