Will there be a GT3 RS launch car?

Will there be a GT3 RS launch car?
Got the news today that my dealer will be getting 2 RS's, and since I'm 2nd on the list, that is great news.
The dealer did mention that the first one will be a "launch car" and then the 2nd will be spec'd out and then ordered. Does this jive with what everyone else is hearing? My concern is if the first person on the list doesn't like the launch car due to color or something, then I will have to take it or else I don't get one. Shouldn't the first person on the list have to take the first car or else? I'm sure this is handled differently dealer by dealer but just curious if anyone has run into this in the past?
