Mine should be built as of tomorrow, and should be in the UK a week or so later

Just got the bad news, my dealer is NOT getting an RS allocation. He offered me a GT3 March build, but I passed. It seems the allocation is getting very political. Luckily, I have a back up and was number 2 and number one just bailed.

jay you are selling blackie or keeping it in addition to RS?
damn, this RS thing MUST be good if you are even thinking about it to either replace or accompany blackie.

Mooty,
Blackie stays unless the Sultan of Brunei calls me needing it for his collection. If the RS lives up to its hype, I'll have to drive it to see, I'm looking at a long term project car. Without getting into details, sequential gearbox and a bit more power. I like the fact Porsche has a lot of race parts available for the GT3 series, much like they did for the 993 series of cars. Racing does improve the breed. Going aftermarket is out of the question, thats why I passed on the the Vett z06 project.

wonderful. i have been to the aftermarket on my bimmer. disastrous to say the least and i am talking about HIGHLY credible tuners at that. i will be stalking you once you get your RS so i know what would be good and what is poop. i'll even get my *** down to WS to hitch i ride of you ever get it on track
