A photo for you!
Instead of the usual body work, here is the thread pattern on the new Pilot sport cup. Interesting to note that while these tires are the exact same size, as on my 997S the recommended tire pressures are vastly different 29/33 versus 37/44

ps. What's the window sticker like?
And I believe there's no guzzler because it scrapes in the average.

adam, isn't yours coming soon?
colm, beautiful indeed, the car and the wooden garage door. i am a licensed architect before i got fired ;-)
holger, elise, exige, exige s are all street legal. exige cup 240 is not street legal (just like GT3 cups). cup 240 comes wiht cage and slicks, no headlights.
btw, the mpsc on colm's car has very diffrent tread pattern than the OLD mpsc, IIRC.
sorry for the jumbled up thoughts, i am still wiping my drool.

Beautiful car Colm! Anxious to hear how it compares to the 996 GT3. Enjoy.

Wow, that's a beauty Colm!
Re the Exige S, I thought I read in one of the mags that they're only building ~50 of them because they couldn't get the supercharged version certified here. My bad, must have my models mixed up. Seems interesting for $65k.

Ages before mine arrives. They'll be set up as New York taxis before I get a lap at Laguna ... : ) ... actually I'm hoping to run the TMR event in early Jan if all goes well. Just have to find aftermarket wheels to fit and run slicks.
And Colm's house does seem to have the facade of a Scottish castle, doesn't it? I can just hear Sean Connery saying "Don't lose your head."
