right on. here in CA, the cars i see most on track are: 964, 993, 996, 997, elise, exige, s2k m3 of different vintages. although performance numbers differ among these car, but they are close enough that given driver talent, all these cars can play and chase each other. this has been the most fun year of driving for me, chasing and being chased

Hence why I don't think there is going to be any difference (real world) between the GT-3 and the RS. If I'm wrong, there will be another 997 GT-3 showing up on eBay...
