Default TPMS vs analog tire pressure gauge

Hi, I’ve noticed a 0.3bar difference between the TPM reading on my dashboard and my analog pressure gauge found in my frunk with all the tools. My TPM sensors are brand new and I have no idea which one to trust so I would like to hear your thoughts.

Can't say your TPMS readings are 100 percent accurate. I could only say that analog gauges do drift over time. I've found handheld digital ones much more consistent.

I would invest in a better digital gauge so that you get a more accurate reading. I like my Longacre gauge.

My TPMS read 3-4psi low at all times vs. a handheld (both analog and digital) gauge. I've swapped out sensors and the same net result. I've just gotten used to it...

Would not trust either of those sources. Buy a good Intercomp gauge, take care of it, and you will have accurate readings for life. https://www.intercompracing.com/digi...-35_36_37.html

Anyone have any experience with the JACO Elitepro gauge and is it a good option to consider along with this one?

What is the use case? if it's just for the street or even the track really, 0.3 +/- is not going to make a difference unless you're a very serious driver, which I will assume you are more recreational like the rest of us, haha.

Edit: infairness, .3 bar is 4 foot pound, so it would annoy me too in hindsight. Now I need to go and get a new pressure gauge to cross check. I sort of know by the feel of the tires if they are too soft / hard (I used to track a LOT). I do keep an eye on the digital pressures religiously but if they don't match my manual guage, I think that will get very annoying very quickly

I prefer analogue because the batteries don't run out

You will see a lot of these Longacre ones around the tracks https://www.bimmerworld.com/Tools/BM...IaAjuvEALw_wcB

I have been using Longacre tire gauges for a long time for Street & Track and have been happy with the products.
