This is the set I was referencing.

The issue is they don't come up for sale often. If you buy used and you're super picky like I am, just price $1k+ into a refinish for a set unless the owner is very particular about coating and cleaning wheels. So for me, I'd probably just buy a new set. But for someone ok with 8/10 condition, they'd probably be fine just buying a used set and running them.

one of my favorite wheels. Wonder if they make a WB application. These E88's I have ordered will have to be delivered to my gravesite.

Looks like they do. I'm also tempted, I was thinking of E88's but everyone and their mother has a set of e88's on their 997 here in LA.

Neither I or my mom has a set and I want a set now! My mom can go either way.

Thanks for the link. I'm gonna explore that.

Note: I also made a mistake on stating it's' my favorite wheel. That goes to the RI-D wheel but for the life of me, I don't know whet the difference is between the two.

The monoblocs are hard to come by, but surface every so now and then. The RIA in 19” is beautiful and we are excited to see them on car!

I assume there isn’t a centerlock version of this wheel in 997 sizes?

BBS website has them in a gloss black too. Are those available? Also what's the difference between the RIA and the RID? Are both fully forged wheels?
