Congrats! White is so simple as a color, yet it is extremely clean looking and you can see all of this car's wonderful lines. IMO, it's one of the best for this car. Congrats, again.

Well you got the scammer part correct. It's probably a group of people all running the same program. Get in the club then take its members for a ride. I report all of them. If their replies are of no substance, you can be assured that they are scammers. One tell tale sign is the two to three word replies. The scam where they use the sellers name with an extra character is now gone to DM's. I post up in the classifieds and then get a DM statin it's available and asking to take it to cell phone texting. That's another sign of a scammer where they don't want to stay on the platform. Whatever one does, don't engage as they now have your telephone number to sell to other scammers.

took advantage of the holiday sale and threw on some moritmoto led ( front, rear and side markers ). overall they were one of the easiest mods ever. much brighter than oem. also got my old hood crest back from the gt4 at the salvage yard in time for the holiday weekend ( sorry purists, it was a gift from the wife - happy wife = more mods )

found a bunch of left over wrap from the prior owner, so thats gonna be a nice little project. ill end up pulling bumpers, trim, ect to make sure its all off and make sure it was all put back in properly. the drivers door molding was messed with for the wrap, and its annoying as it stops the door at times. stupid, easy to fix, but annoying.

during the state inspection one of the wheel studs broke. going over the records, they have been there for roughly 25k miles. so this was a nice reason to replace all of them. I went with the tarret ( MSI made from what i can see on the forums ) normal length ones and ordered a few extra as they are consumables to some point. also replaced the tires with MPS4S.

@JGEMDOC let us know how the morimotos are after living with them for awhile -- my headlight surrounds are not aging well and these are on my eventual replacement list.

Those Morimoto headlights integrate pretty seamlessly in the 997. I didn't even know they were changed until I looked closer. Are the rears smoked or regular?

Can you post some pics or video of the rears lighting up? I’m tempted to get those…

edit: found a video on YouTube. These lights are sharp.

regular reds - not a fan of smoked - seems too JDM for me. on my prior evo maybe, but not on 997's

yeah the lines are very clean and flow with the car as well. the extra back up light bar is crazy bright.

It can also induce some understeer. Start with a level field, then adjust.

Well, at least you won’t be going into corners too hot because of the understeer. Car safety first 🙂
