Default engine light P2402

2010 GT3, i was driving with close to empty gas tank on the way to gas station, then run into a moderate "dip" on the road. Then the engine light out and i ran the code and given P2402 upper limite value exceeded. i tried the new gas lid trick, it doesnt work. any idea?

Does it come back when you clear it? My car comes up with random codes that never come back when I’m running near empty….

Replace the leak detection pump as a first step. Could also be the canister, or a leak, but the most common failure point is the pump. They aren’t too $. It’s in the frunk area, under the cowl. If thats not it you might have to have the system leak tested. See page 201-30 in the PET. Part 11. 99760512501

On the 997 GT3, the evap vent goes into the oil tank IIRC, there is a check valve back there. On other cars like the carrera and turbo there is a solenoid. GT3 doesn’t have that.
