Mounting 996GT3 sliders and seat into 7.2GT3?

Can any of you guys confirm that a Recaro racer seat mounted on 996GT3/Cup manual sliders will be a direct bolt on into a 7.2GT3? I have a pair of seats that I pulled out of my 996 and would like to stick them in my 7.2. I'd like to confirm the 996 manual sliders will bolt in before removing the adaptive sofa seats to make sure I have all I need. Thx...

996 and 997 mounting points for the seat are the same so i don't see why not. Great looking recaros btw, the thigh bolsters are so aggressive

Probably.
I bolted my 996 seats / sliders directly into our 997.2
Do your sliders have the short 40 degree bend at the front where the mounting bolt passes thru?

Yes. These are standard OEM 996GT3Cup sliders also used on 997Cup. Part number is 996.521.929.90.
