...or, consider the one piece Recaro Profi XL's. Amazing seat for both track and street. Store your stock seats for when you sell and away you go. The seats truly are perfect. I'm 6'2" and weigh 195. I fit perfectly. Probs $2500 each new, or less used...

have you tried the 991 buckets with a helmet/Hans and like them? I find them uncomfortable, and push the lower part of the helmet forward. the 997 buckets are better - but bigger. I know Recaro aren't your thing :-)
I'm sure they can fit, what I'm unsure about is making the side airbag work, but, that can be coded out easily.

so I realized with the 991 fixed buckets when you get the aftermarket things that tilt them it’s completely different. Danny has it and was very chill. I like the 997 folding buckets but at the price some are asking light as well see if 991 fixed work. Or there’s 991 folding bucket which is basically same as 997 but seems you have ti disconnect passenger airbag.

Have you considered 996 GT3 buckets? I have them in my 997.2 GT3. I also have a 991.2 GT3 with the new buckets. The 996 buckets provide much tighter lateral support than the 991 buckets. 996 buckets are also far lighter.
