I was researching tires and plan to go with Cup2s. I learned that Cup2 Connects are the new replacements for the outgoing Cup2s. It supposed to have better wear, firmer sidewalls and is better in the dry and the rain. In addition the temperature and pressure sensors could be useful for track days. They are pricey though.
We ran them in WRL on a clubsport. Wonderful grip for about 5 laps and the stiffer sidewall was much better as you did not have to wait on the tire and the car to take a set. After five laps they fall off quickly and are no longer competitive if you are racing. However if your goal is a tire that lasts with consistent lap times it is a very good choice.
OP: you’re not going to get much feedback here because they don’t make the correct sizes for the rear of these cars in the Cup2 Connect.
295-30 is too small, 345-30 is too big and there’s nothing in between.
I did have them on a square setup for my E92 M3 a few years back in 265/30/18 but no track time. As a streetable they were great. It would be my tire of choice if they had them in the correct sizes for the 997 GT3. Sits somewhere in between standard Cup2 and the 4S longevity.
I have a set of 325/30ZR19 and 245/35ZR19 on order but the rears won’t be available for 2 months. My RS wheels are not here yet so I can wait. I just wanted to get some feedback on them. Some people suggests Eagle Supercar3s but the front size is also on back order.

I'm guessing what you have on order is not Cup 2 connect but Normal Cup 2s. Given that Cup2 Connect isn't listed in the 325 sizing on the Michelin website.
They are the Connects. I talked directly with Michelin as well. They are not listed because they won’t have them in stock until March. Here are some snapshots of my invoice. They took my credit card to reserve them when they come in.

I'm wrong looks like the Cup 2 Connects do come in 325. Here's a good video about the improvements of the Connect over the normal Cup 2 for others.
