Putting my beloved 997.2RS on the market through consignment

If you dont want to deal with all the bs just call Doug at SwitchCars

I think he’s likely referencing the steering wheel, which was probably re-wrapped and then had the additional carbon fiber, along with the carbon fiber gear **** cap and carbon fiber e-brake release button. Luckily all very easy to change should the next buyer decide they want it stock. Best of luck with the sale and business.

Isn't it funny how your wife immediately looks at your GT3 as soon as you say you want to do another startup(PTSD from previous ones)... in the exact same situation but lucky I have other cars/toys (for now) that aren't actually appreciating I can stand to get rid of to help fund.

Wonderdan,
I hear you bro. It was me who came up with this plan (in my case). The patents, unmet need and the addressable market are too compelling not to leverage maximum undiluted equity in the biotech before investors swarm all over it. Hope the investment pays of in many-fold return. FDA clearance process is expensive!
I guess, if I am going to be the one taking the risk I should be the one paying for it. Moreover, I have been so busy that I barely get to drive the RS.
This is my first biotech startup. Been successful with two previous endeavors which are still paying for all the present toys and paid for the kids college education etc.
Hoping for the best (wish me luck),
Cheers,
Raghu

Good luck with all of it! I once had to sell my cabin to cover payroll… it didn’t go over well at home…so my wife is always watching if I sell things I really like as an indicator of business health lol.

PNH is selling white 2010 RS w. 9600 miles for 234.
300 for grey black looks like a reach even though less miles.
Or, I wouldn’t pay that much of a premium for miles especially where color less common
gl w biz venture

Hey brother.
you sir are indeed a blessed man! To have a wife that cares so much about you is indeed a blessing. I too have one such as that. I believe there is a season for everything. GT3/GT3RS are both great cars in their own right. Any GT3/RS is more than enough for enjoyment. All good things must someday come to an end so other good things can begin.
Like I say every day: "I am too blessed to be stressed".

DK7,
Thanks man. I am going to hang on to my 718 Spyder. It is one blast of a car. Guess what I am buying to replace the GT3RS? A 2014 GLK! Haha! That will save me from putting too many miles on the Spyder. I have always liked the lines of a GLK. I just returned from a 1700 mile trip to Atlanta, GA two weeks ago in the Spyder. It was fantastic!
Best,
Raghu

Thanks JG.
You are so right! Who really knows what a car will bring, right? The market is so crazy. There is no way to know until the sale actually goes through. Good thing about consignment is that the seller has the final say in the sale without having to do the work. A good trustworthy partner with good marketing skills is what I looked for during this process.
