Default TPMS question for GT3

Yes, I’ve searches and not many topics came up only in other sub

I just call porsche and was quoted 1k+ for just the tpms sensor. Is there any other brand option? Ive seen Huf sensor with the 433mhz but wasn’t sure if that’s right. Thanks

Okay I just made this simple for guys looking to replace their tpms

997.1 gt3/rs $60
https://www.tpmsbargains.com/Porsche...ms-9001-24.htm

997.2 gt3/rs $35
https://www.tpmsbargains.com/Porsche...ms-9008-08.htm

not sure why there is a $25 price different between the two but cheapest price I’ve seen.

.2. TPMS has to be for the car not the wheels.

Hilarious timing on your thread. I just got a quote to replace all 4 of my TPMS to OEM, for $1,800. I thought that was a bit nuts. Suncoast has OEM tpms for $165/each. I'm going to get 4 of those instead.

Get these so you save a bit more. No need to buy sun coast unless you want the Porsche logo on tpms lol same same just no logo

Same product code and everything? I don't care about the logo, just having them work properly and not send errors (which happened a weekend ago at 117 mph; the car told me a suddenly had a flat tire. When I pulled over and checked - using my own tire gauge, they were all fine and still are).

This one from Suncoast has different serial numbers. But, maybe its just a generic picture? https://www.suncoastparts.com/product/TPMSensor.html
