No need to change the fronts if you're already running 245 on 9

You could also run a 315/30, but at $395 each you might as well stick with 12" and reuse your 305s if they're still good

my 235/305 cup 2's are pretty much brand new.

I honestly think the easiest thing to do at this point would be to just get the inner and outer barrels or just wait it out for a new set. Just sucks to change out just the two wheels at a cost of almost $2,000. Might be better to just sell these and get a new set.
