I believe he bought a car,... why else would he have been asking about insurance, storage etc these past couple weeks.

my question is WHY do you want a Chicago storage facility for this car, when you clearly have a garage at your house. Keep it there & drive it!! You didn't pay approx $200k at the peak of a momentary spike, for an RS, only as an investment. So no need for a storage facility for THAT car. If you have other cars, store THEM at a facility.

He was likely looking for a positive response and received none.
Could be a non-op TPMS sensor. Replacing only one will leave you waiting for the others to go bad.
I would replace all four sensors the next time tires are needed, unless the display bothered me.
