The 4.0 is a better car because of the following:
More power
lighter
Porsche made fewer of them (limited to 600 world wide)
For those reasons it's undisputably a better car...But that takes nothing away from the 997.2 3.8 RS, it's simply one of the best cars you can buy right now. If you own EITHER one of them, you're loving it.

I bought my 4.0 b/c the 4.0 sticker on it. I am shallow.
