Default OT: Robert Kubica in an M4 @ Nürburgring

Not 997GT2/3 content, hell not even Porsche content... but interesting track content with Robert Kubica driving an M4 on the Nürburgring.

We all have seen thousands of Ring laps on video but that one made me keep one eye closed! One of the most hair raising laps I have ever seen. Asks if he can use the curbs in the Apex M4 Basically re-writing the rules on the standard ring lines by straightening the track and using ALL of the curbs. F1 style. People forget he had a Ferrari contract signed at one time and Alonso said he was the best of their era. I remember reading so many times oh he's slow in the Williams and can't even score a point. **** that. With pretty close to a re-attached right hand. Hero.

For me one of the hottest NOS videos. Augusto Farfus, DTM Champion

F1 drivers aren't like you or I, and that video of Kubica wheeling an unfamiliar car around the Nurbrugring is indeed real proof of that. Mere mortals need not apply...at all.

That's a great video. Thanks for posting. Six Go Pro's and another driver on a recon lap? DTM is like the series that gets lost in the shuffle but is so good. The downforce!

Hilarious they wouldn't let him take the vehicle by himself. Really cool to see on video.

Great video. Kubica is a true legend. I remember when he scored a podium in Monza in what was only his third F1 race. This young kid, standing on the podium next to Schumacher and Raikkonen. He then had one of the worst wrecks in F1 history in Montreal, only to come back the following year and take his maiden victory on the same track. He was definitely destined to be an F1 champion, until the rallye crash deprived him of the ability to drive in F1. The fact that he fought back for years and in 2019 got an F1 seat with Williams makes his story a real fairytale. Too bad Williams had the ****tiest car on the grid and he was unable to showcase his talent.
