The engine and transmission in my .1 GT3 are coming out for a RMS replacement.
At the same time, I am making the conversion from DMFW to LWFW for better on-track performance. I will also add the under drive crank pulley.
The Sharkwerks kit looks quite suitable, but are there other vendors I should consider?
Sharkwerks clutch
Maybe the FVD kit?
FVD clutch and FW
Are there other upgrades I should be considering while the patient is open?

Here's another source for the 4.0 Clutch.
https://www.suncoastparts.com/product/PKGT340CON.html
Pin your coolant lines if they're not already done. You could also install a Dundon Harmonic Dampener when you install your 4.0 clutch and LWFW, but it's seems to be less necessary on the 3.6 cars compared to the 3.8 cars. I've not heard of an issue on the 3.6 cars with a LWFW.

Pedal feel? Similar to stock. not noticeably heavier in my experience.

Use the factory 4.0 kit. Suncoast Porsche. Make sure you get the lightweight crank pulley. Pin the coolant lines, replace coolant fittings while engine out. Might as well do a water pump while it's out too

Sharkwerks $3395. https://www.sharkwerks.com/transmiss...-0-964-PORT154
Suncoast $2850.55. https://www.suncoastparts.com/product/PKGT340CON.html
My guess is if you assembled it yourself through Sunset, you could save even a bit more. But Suncoast pricing is pretty good.
