I’m helping a friend With his gt2. What are the the optimal track suspension and sway bar settings for a gt2? He was at cota recently and felt the car had much too much understeer. Currently in stock setting running Hoosiers for the track. Porsche geniuses your help is appreciated!
Like Mooty said, it's not possible to help setup a car without knowing how it's being used.
Constructive path: if he doesn't mind posting a video of a lap and sharing his tire pressures and alignment as is, you have literally a dozen people here who's been through the same issues and can help isolate what needs changing and how.
It's not a cut and dry answer. There are a ton of variables and a multitude of approaches to a solution or remedy depending on where you are experiencing understeer. Driver technique along with hardware and set up all play a part.

it is factory except he “reversed the sway bars” at cota trying to correct understeer. WaitinG on clarification on what that means. He is going to look for the actual numbers so I can post. He is very experienced, he has two 911 race cars, a 911 tube chassis car, gt2 and has had multiple turbos. He has never tracked the gt2 since he has the race cars and was surprised by how bad the understeer was. I figured I would reach out to those that know For a good track baseline for him. He is the original owner so nothing aftermarket has been done.

i will see if he has any videos and ask about tire pressures.
CotA is a really challenging track to set up a 911 to handle well. I would consult with one of the local expert shops like Moorespeed or Viking Motorsports or Topp and pay them to do it right.

He may be overdriving the slow corners, the slow corners are REALLY tight (T1, T11, T15, T20). You just have to slow the car before turning in or it will push. I'd probably look at alignment settings first.
He can't find the paperwork for current settings (but he is pretty sure it is factory aside from the sway bar) so he is going to get the alignment checked. Once I have results I will post on this thread. Thanks for all the replies thus far.
