Man, what a moving and humbling story ;-(
You, your son and family are very strong and resilient. It's often harder on parents and family-and talk is great therapy to help deal with the emotional difficulties. We all end up walking through hard paths in our lives, and I hope you have the support to help you in the days ahead. And I hope you guys enjoy some great driving, and that your son exceeds in recuperating way beyond what's been diagnosed. I imagine weather is nice there this time of year and a driving trip will offer the best times to be cherished forever.
Glad to hear you had the car issues sorted out.

Take him for rides as often as you can. I have fond memories taking my son for fast rides on dirt roads, pretending we were rallying in our old Saab 96. You and your son and family will remain in our prayers.

This is the most moving story I've read. Go Reese! Prayers for the entire family.
Wishing Reese the longest and happiest time with the family and friends. I have a son, same age. I don't know how you make it through your days.
If cobb read this they should apply some goodwill to the cause. Step up to the plate Cobb!

Wow, what a story. I'm sorry that you had to go through such an ordeal with Cobb. It's disappointing to say the least and they lost a TON of good will because of this. Terrible customer service.
As for your son, we're all wishing him the best and praying for his full and speedy recovery. Put this behind you and as you stated already, cherish every moment you have with him.
