Default Track alignment for Pzero DH

Figured I'd post this up for the track guys that may be looking to run Pirelli DH 7.2Cup slicks. Since I've switched to these tires, I've tweaked the alignment a few times to get it in the sweet spot. After running a few sets of these, I've added additional camber several times to keep tire wear in check as the outside of the fronts were getting particularly punished. Here are the latest alignment which seems to work particularly well. The alignment is done in degrees (º) and minutes (').

WHEEL ALIGNMENT
Front camber: LEFT -4º29’ RIGHT -4º27’
Front toe: +0.01’ (+0.02’ total)
Rear camber: LEFT -3º35’ RIGHT -3º38’
Rear toe: +0.15' (+0.30' total)

Wheel base 2346mm Left, 2348mm Right

Ride height & load:
LF 98mm (676 lbs) RF 98mm (602 lbs) 1278 lbs 38.0%
LR140mm (1067 lbs) RR 141mm (1015 lbs) 2082 lbs 62.0%

22lb cross weight

ALIGNMENT NOTES:
Wheels 18x10, 18x12.5 E88
Tires: GTC5 Pzero DH 275/645-18, 315/680-18
Springs: 0400.0225.1700 front, 0500.0225.1800 rear
3/4 fuel (13gal)
Weight 3360lb - 180lb driver - 94 lbs alignment equip. = 3086 lbs (3056 lbs adjusted with 1/2 fuel)

Are you NB or WB? I'm running similar alignment for 245/315 DH slicks a little less camber. I'm at -3.8F -3.4R and running a lot more rear total toe .24 per side .48 total, front is 0. Car is pretty stable, towards a bit of understeer but I have my rear bar set 1 hole from full soft and front bar full stiff as well.

I would love to try 275/315 or 325 but don't have wide enough wheels and too poor to buy E88.

Can you post your caster #? I'm at 8.4

It's a wide body chassis. Caster was right at 7.5 as I had to pull the front wheels back a tiny bit to clear the larger tires. The cup manual does not even specify a caster setting but 7.5-8.5 is a good ballpark #. I used to measure it but don't bother with it now. If I make an adjustment to caster. I make a corresponding adjustment to the front caster pucks to keep the caster numbers the same. I also double check that the wheel base is as close to 2350mm as possible.

I initially set the car up per the 997.2 Cup manual as my car is closest in suspension components to that car. The 7.2 baseline set up calls for -3º50 front camber and -3º20' rear camber. I found this to not be enough as I keep killing the outer of the tires, fronts worse than the rears. I bumped it up a few times to get it to where the tires have decent wear the grip at the same time. -4.5/-3.6 that I'm set at now seems to be the number.
