ITS ALL IN THE DETAILS.
i have VIN 2356. Your car has the factory roll bar plates. Very rare and beautiful. Worth intstalling the factory clubsport roll bar.

Germany eventually put a stop to cars headed to north america with the factory plates. My car 2569 did not have the plates.
At one point I had narrowed down apprx what VIN was the cut off. But i cannot recall what was the latest VIN to have the plates... Early cars had them. Make install of factory clubsport bar a snap.
I consider them to be "special" cars.

interesting. My car is one of the first 10 to hit USA in 2007.
last 4 digits 2356

Do you have the plates? I also had another 2007RS, last 4 digits 2569. no plates..

perhaps your car is 2007 and titled as 2008 for some reason??

2007s and 2008s had similar last 4 VIN range. Some shared the same last 4 - coincidentally there is a 2008 VIN 2360. Gotta go by full VIN, otherwise it just indicates where in the model year production it fell.

PS this is the first white car in the US but 2350 was the first US production (green).

^^^^^^^^
Thanks, and you are correct about similar Vin’s (last 4 numbers) with 07 and 08’s. When I was doing my DD, before buying my 08 RS, I found the same last 4 numbers in an 07 RS, and it was also Orange. Needless to say, I was a little confused for a time. All good now 😁

Deposit taken .. but not sold until it leaves my garage.

Had DME read yesterday and the dealer said it was the cleanest DME he has ever seen on a manual GT car...... will send copy to new buyer ... lets just say.. lots of ZERO's involved.

Not many 997.1 left this clean and cared for. Still looks new and the car is a teenager.
