We want to give a quick update to our Porsche community here on Rennlist and let everyone know that we are still open for business. We understand that even during this crisis, there are people who still need service and/or maintenance performed on their vehicles. Even though we often work on many types of sportscars, we do have many customers who bring in their daily drivers for regular service. We are primarily accepting service, maintenance, and other “essential” work on an appointment basis only. GMG is closely monitoring current conditions and taking necessary steps to continue delivering a high level of service while maintaining a high standard of safety and cleanliness.

Our online store is up and running as well as our shipping and warehouse operations, but on a limited basis. Shipping and warehouse staff are constantly making sure that all appropriate health and hygiene standards are adhered to, partially working from home when possible. We are taking steps to keep you and our staff safe during appointment drop off and pick up. We are offering a contactless drop-off and pickup to maintain appropriate social distancing. When you schedule your vehicle for repair or service, we can flatbed your vehicle from your home and deliver it back to you after service. Another option is our No-Contact Curbside Drop Off. Call us when you arrive and we will coordinate leaving your car & keys. We’ll do a visual inspection of the vehicle and email your quote and condition of vehicle upon drop-off. There’s no need to come inside - and we’ll simply repeat the procedure when you pick up the vehicle. Our mechanics are taking the utmost time and care in handling your car and using every precaution to maintain a clean and safe work environment. We are running a streamline crew for just essential service work to minimize the amount of people on site.

Shop hours of operation will continue to stay the same, Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm, however it will be restricted to staff only. We will continue to do our utmost to serve our customers and partners to the highest delivery standard possible, throughout this entire period. We are all in this together, let's hope and pray for better days ahead.

Just wanted to comment on a great experience I had at GMG. When I recently purchased my car it had a 10+ year old GMG center bypass exhaust. There was an issue with it and they took care of it for a very reasonable price even considering I wasn't the original purchaser of the exhaust. I appreciated the shop tour and the time spent on a customer that probably lost them money in labor hours that day. I would highly recommend after my experience.
