I want to add the RS decklid and top wing in carbon to a gt3. Anyone out there make a good one? I have seen Getty/MAShaw makes one. Is it any good? FVD also has one, but due to copy laws it is not like OEM exactly. I have seen the Cup wing setups but that is a bit much for my street car. Any recommendations or info is appreciated. Any one have pics of the Getty/MA shaw up close?

The quality of body panels through FVD is at least OEM level, in my experience. Way ahead of anything you are going to get from most others. That quality doesn't come cheaply, though.

I ran across these guys 9xxteile from switzerland. Given that they're swiss, might be decent quality but I have no experience with them.

I think they have a non-turbo deck lid.
OEM is the best quality but too much $15K IMHO
FVD is supposedly second best, minimum $4-8K
Getty,Mshaw, etc. will require more body work, which will equate to more cost.
FVD seems to be the way to go. I would run a cup setup, but then you're stuck with a Getty deck lid again.

Thanks for all the replies.
The FVD one I like. My gripe with it is the uprights that hold the wing blade are made as separate pieces that bolt onto the decklid. Versus being molded into the decklid as one entire piece like OEM. At the base of the upright where it meets the decklid there would then be a gap and I would be concerned it wouldnt look "correct", especially for that kind of money they are asking. I have no doubt the fit of that one is going to be as close to OEM as I can get. I would get the FVD if it was all one piece, despite the high cost. It is still much cheaper than OEM.
I also looked into that 9xxtiele option. It looks nice from the photos, anyone have experience with the fit/finish?
I like the stock wing a lot. But just ready for a change and a winter project. Plus I think the .1 RS wing just looks cool!
