Default Yellow RS Door Pull Straps

Hello Rennlisters!!!

Reaching out for some help. I recently purchased a 2010 GT3 in Speed Yellow, including Speed Yellow Seatbelts and Gauge Cluster. Well I’ve decided I’d like to order some OEM Porsche RS Door Pulls.... unfortunately as most of you know... they are only offered in three colors from Porsche. Black, Red and Silver. Well I really would love a Speed Yellow set to match the rest of the car. Can anyone point me in the direction where one could possibly have a custom set made???

As seen in this photo that I came across on the web.

Thanks in advance! Hope someone can point me in the right direction.

They don't exist. Back in the day one of the members here sourced material that looks near OEM and had a bunch of sets made.

It's nylon 5 panel strap.

If 964-style straps can be made to work, CarBone in the UK has them. Sierra Madre in the USA also may have them.

I’ve been trying to find that exact stitch pattern also. It’s 5 panel webbing. I emailed a couple of venders and none had that specific stitch pattern. Would love to get this figured out. Think we can find a close match, but might have to buy a large size and just get them custom done. Would be interested in helping to offset the cost.

It was @24Chromium who did this back in the day. Maybe he can recall where he sourced the material? Making the part is easy... for any interior guy.

Ya my mistake. It’s a 4 panel. Just looked at the silver ones in my car.

Does anyone know 24chromium personally? Any way someone could send him an email or text and find out where he sourced it?

yeah. but, i was mistaken. It was someone else who found them. i emailed chromium back in October... i'll ask him if he remembers who it was.

If you guys want to make these i suspect your best source for material would be a supplier in china. you could try alibaba. once you have the strap making or copying the pulls will be easy... any interior person could make them.

Guys, my buddy saw a random post on IG, and I called the shop. They have a couple of sets left. An exact stitch pattern to OEM and they are in speed yellow. Just got a pair.

The shop is rsstrada in Torrence, CA.

Why not just buy them from rstrada? He has them already made and ready to ship. Exact match to oem seatbelts and pattern to door pulls.
