Nice. Same here. I have a SW 3.9 and just turned 42k mikes. Couldn't be happier. Down the road will convert to a 4.1

Enjoy more smiles per mile. Post some more pics along the way.

A few months ago I purchased my very first Porsche. A 997.2 GT3 with only 6k miles so it’s perfect for the time being haha however there will come a time soon where I’ll want more power and The SW 4.1 will do the hot topic of conversation in my house hold haha. If you don’t mind me asking just a rough cost on your bill at the moment.

I’d prefer not to say. If you are really interested, I’d suggest you call Alex at Sharkwerks and talk to him directly.

That’s for a 3.6 to 3.9. And times have changed since that price was posted.

Congrats, Boisecar. I had the 4.1 completed on my 997.2 gt3rs. Absolutely love it. I drove the 3.9L on my friend's 997.1 gt3. Good times! Mine is there now getting the 4.0 header installed and a little maintenance. It will be a LONG wait!!!

At 28K miles, will the bottom end be refurbished? How about the heads? According to the website both are required/suggested at 20K/30K miles, respectively. Thanks for the info and the thread.

Heads, absolutely. Part of the process. Bottom end likely. But only because I would prefer everything done at once now.
