For the last one, specifically the do not have time to drive, I don't think that should cause most people to sell, but the other ones I think are pretty common reasons. Mostly wanting to move into something else. That new car won't necessarily be better or worse. Just different.
I get it - thanks. Makes sense and I too suffer from a "wandering Porsche eye". I'm interested in a GT car, most likely something in the 996 - 997.2 gens, but worry that after all the hunt and the changing out of cars, am I really that far ahead?

That makes sense. Thanks.

Really depends. GT3 was a dream for me. I drove a friends, it lived up to the hype and I bought that exact car. I really can't see myself driving another car. It isn't being biased necessarily as much as it is just really enjoying the car and the driving experience.

You should keep in mind that your Carrera T is regarded as one of the best cars in the 991 range by many. If you enjoy your Carrera T, which I am sure you do, I wouldn't be in a rush to sell unless your ideal car was for sale. Also depends what you use it for. If you drive it every day, or quite often, the Carrera T is probably for you. If it sees 2-3k miles of weekend summer driving as mine does, the GT3 may be the better choice for you.
