Default 000 at Canepa

Spent some time at the 000 event at Canepa today. Not as many cars as Rare Shades had last year but a good turn out. And the Blues Brothers were there!

Decent turn out. Met some new folks and shared some Porscha Passion. Some drivers and weekenders alike were had. Off to Baja this evening.

^ Thanks for coming out!

Seems we lost some folks to accidents/nasty traffic on both sides of 17 on Thursday morning, but it seemed like the lot was stuffed with some great cars. Hadn't seen that green 986 for a long time, and glad to see it's in good hands. There were some other cars I really wanted to check out but the tour went, ah, a little long.

Nice to see Saru got a shot of your green machine.
Did you and the CFO haul all her sales stuff in the car with you?

Nah, "The Money" took the Mazda—and was much happier in it. I managed to get her to join me in the green machine for the ride to Carmel and back that afternoon, but no more. She doesn't like the smell of post-987/997 interiors. Something about an adhesive (or?) they started using. I know, I know...

You really are funny...and you should have been at Vasek's big auction years ago.
