Default 997 GT3 Dyno fail

Hello Rennlisters,

I won a local dyno competition, so took along the 07 GT3 (35k miles on it).
The results puzzled me, along with the dyno team, and i was hoping for more insight.

First run peak 230hp atw
Final run peak 278hp atw
Runs back to back a few minutes apart. no changes to anything.

My friend then had his stock 2017 audi TTS dynod consistiently at 260hp atw.

Took the car for a good drive today, got it up over 7krpm on a few occasions. Don't have anything else to compare it with but it still feels fast.
On the test drive, i used a friends Durametric to check for any engine misfires ( there was 3 during idle but none during driving ).
I'm thinking about changing the plugs but car pulls consistently well.

Any thoughts or comments would be much appreciated.

I believe it was 4th gear but it could have been 3rd.
The wheel speed is in the bottom of the photo in kph.
Checked for wheel spin on the dyno there was none.

My current thoughts are:
1) Intake temp was too high at around 100 deg f, the car could be doing some emission controls and not throwing in more fuel.

2) New 991's have a dyno mode inside the porsche software, I don't believe this is available on the 997's. While traction control was off and it was in sport mode, something weird could be happening as it is a 2wd dyno on the rear wheels only and the engine is cutting power? Is there any sort of special dyno mode for 997's?

I'm confident my car doesn't actually have a problem, and the dyno itself is setup correctly too as they use it everyday for most of the cars they work on.

I have dyno'ed my '07 GT3 like 100 times. There's no dyno mode. Just turn off TC before making the first run. Make sure there's no tire spin and make sure you have pretty fresh fuel in the tank.
