997 RS or 991.2. I think the 991.2 made the 991.1 obsolete.

Two completely different cars. Don't worry about which one to buy on anything other than how you like them. Drive each car 30 minutes and you will know. I have seen too many people make the mistake going one way or another for the wrong reasons. If you don't like the car it doesn't much matter...
