Hi All,
Happy me, took delivery this weekend of a beautiful GT2 (2008).
Being my first PCCB car, and first GT car, I have a question, and a fear- braking from speeds of 140km/h (or higher, Germany), there’s a low tone hum from the brakes. I couldn’t tell for sure if it comes with a slight rattle in the steering or not (autobahn paving is not perfect).
Visually, the rotors are good and pads are new (also according to independent expert).
I know that the car isn’t isolated (you really hear every little thing), and I’m not familiar with this type of brake system.
do I have to fear a defect in a brake component ? Or, is I normal for such brake / car?
Thanks in advance!

Normally people complain of squeaky PCCB's, but a hum is something I have not specifically heard of. I would probably get it checked out by a dealer or shop, but I don't think it is anything to be concerned with.
