I went over the graphics on PPF. Initially I just had the front done, but got a couple of surface scratches, then had the paint buffed and did the whole car. Very happy with the result.
You can see the edge of the wrap over the stickers. My stickers were also CXX to match the wheels, mirrors, etc. which made the decision easier.

Similar situation here. The front is covered and the graphics actually look great with a perfect halo around the lettering. I may take off the old PPF and do the whole car but I'm nervous that the graphics will come up when the current PPF comes off.
I did my ppf and put graphics over. If I had to do again might just ppf over them. Just will get a little halo around the edges of the decals if you go over
