You can also try Lamin-x red taillight film. I've used it before. It's the cheap way to get the red tail light look without spending 400-500 bux.
keep in mind your reverse lights will be red not white.

Suncoast pricing seems to be pretty good on them. Just save your stock ones and if you ever want to go back to stock you can probably sell your red ones and not lose much.
