agree on that. And then all you see is them mashing the peddle in a straight line just to bang off the 9K. That only lasts so long, before they realize that the g-force turns & feeling you get in a 997 GT3 is where the money experience lives.

The value for these cars will definitely go up. It’s just a matter of when. My guess is when people take a step back and have a chance to experience RS’s from both 991 and 997 platforms, and anticipate at what’s to come for the 992. That’s when we will see a clear delineation of two separate eras ending at 997.
... although I'm not fully convinced the pricing between the 2 will eclipse by the end of this calendar year,... but for sure once the 992 GT3's start hitting the streets, the 997 GT3's will see a rise. The production #'s alone will fuel that movement.

The last part of your prediction RSA, is SPOT ON.

There is so much 'over-production' of the GT cars that it is truly inevitable, but with the actual sales data being next to impossible to come by, it will take longer for this market shift to become abundantly clear.
