Why is this 997.2 RS so cheap?
Hey guys,
Just curious if anyone on this forum knows this RS for sale? Was wondering why it's not selling at such a low asking price.? Mileage is pretty good. Possibly paintwork or a terrible DME?

Thanks for the input

Sure, go try to command the same premium and negate the number of owners - sorry, but 1-2 owner car is at a premium over a 6, 7, 8 owner car. If everything else checks out and the car is clean and perfect, but has 8 owners - you cant change the fact that there are still unknowns and that does have a price.

Outside of Uber low mileage collector cars, it doesn't matter to most.

That's a nicely optioned GT3! Buckets, PCCB, adaptive headlights + creature comforts... I'd be seriously looking at it if I were in the market. And peel off the stickers once in my garage

Number of owners does impact price; that is not debatable. It's nowhere near the top of list for drivers of price but a 1-owner similar condition car will be worth more than a 5-owner. Condition trumps ownership but ownership still adds or subtracts between two cars, all else being equal.
As a side note, it's never been that big of a driver for my buying decisions.

Never said it's the first thing that factors into the purchase, but it does have an impact somewhere along the line.
