I've run 305/680 as well as 325/645 on my NB .2 GT3 extensively and seem to like the 305/680 setup. I run a much stiffer springs and also had my struts revalved to match the spring rate for the slicks to work well.

Related question. Can I run 315/30 19s on my OEM 997.1 GT3 wheels with 5mm spacer on my car without rubbing issues? I'm running 2 degrees or slightly less negative camber and my car is very low. I haven't tested anything other than 305s. I'm worried I will invest in the 315s and I'll have to yank them off because of some interference with the fender. Thanks. JBO

315s fit fine (not sure about offset). I'm running 315 slicks with about the same width and 1 inch taller and no rubbing. Crazy how well this stock susp works. These are truly amazing cars!

Thanks FF. I stumbled upon the 315. It might be a nice option for folks who view the 305 or 325 as a compromise. The only tire I could find in that size are MPSC 2s. Thanks again. JBO
