Default Rev chart on 997.1 GT3 looking at

Hi - discovered a 997.1 GT3 that has been sitting at a dealer for a year. love the yellow, but price seems high, and wondering what's wrong with it. https://www.porscheoftacoma.com/inve...Yellow+1180601

they sent me the attached rev chart. any insight?

The above is fine.
Cant see any glaring issues from pictures.
Maybe priced a little strong.

Car looks nice.

It's likely been sitting because of the price - it's probably at least $10K above current market, and i believe they were asking $100K+ for it until a few weeks ago. The market has softened quite a bit in the past few months and many of these cars are sitting. I've been casually keeping an eye on things since last November. The 991 GT3s have moved down market so I believe some pressure is being applied to 997GT cars. Different market than a year ago for sure.

That is what you're really looking at with this report. All looks fine, that's likely one very short trip right above redline.

I've been following the market pretty close. I would say this is an 80-85k car.
