The schedule isn't out yet, officially. In previous years the more interesting things happened over the weekend. But for the most part every day is the same really - shiny factory race cars go to play on the track every hour or two. Except for Bruce Canepa, he only goes out to win.
In between sessions factory race car drivers and top brass are interviewed on stage. Some of the older drivers who DGAF anymore can be quite entertaining, while the younger ones who still collect a pay check from PAG stick to the script. I'm sure chief marketing officer Preuninger will be there to tell us how the new GT cars are the bestest evAr. The big stage is tightly controlled, meanwhile those interviewed at the PCA tent actually get grilled and are forced to provide real answers.
And while all of that is going on you can walk around and see some really spectacular machinery. But if you do only spend one day prepare for a total sensory overload. Hell, even 3 days wasn't enough for most people, that's why they made it even longer this year.
